Sometimes you just want to rip with a group of chicks.

And that is what this trip is all about. Hazel is going to show you exactly what you are capable of and the mindset needed to achieve it. We’ll spend the first couple days in the beautiful resort of Kirkwood working on our technique and back country knowledge.

The last couple days we’ll ski tour from the resort to access some incredible fresh back country.

We will be working on the athlete mindset using tools to help you over come fear, deal with stress and pressure and help you think confidently about your skiing. The athlete mindset sessions will be at the cabin and on the hill using techniques like meditation, visualisations, mantras and yoga to help your body become energised and heal.

This trip is for women who want to have an amazing ski experience, meet like minded women and are interested in the physical and mental wellbeing of being an athlete.
